WOW, it feels good to see this empty text box again. I probably haven't been as active as I have liked, and a whole pile of rambling has built up, so I'll take this chance to get all of it out of the way.
My trip to Vietnam was somewhat enjoyable, I loved it, but will probably be overshadowed by the school Vietnam trip the others went on, not that I care, they can make their own blogs >D. Wasn't too pleased with the weather, didn't go out as much as I liked, considering it was cooking and raining every day. Wear a jumper so you're not wet from the rain, but you're wet from your sweat. On a whole, I got of peace and quiet to myself, which I was quite happy with, food was awesome. Got a heap of homework done, but not a lot of reading, still yet to finish Sophie's World [damnit Tony]. Anyway.
Plane ride back to Melbourne was hell. Who am I kidding, all plane rides are hell. Food was crappy, and the guy next to me was a complete tool. Wearing a swine flu mask, and kept going into my space. Damn, it was so uncomfortable. Funnily enough, he was reading this Vietnamese book, which had the English translation underneath, "How To Ninja" or something along those lines. Hitting the ground, the Melbourne weather kicks in, as you feel the warmth of the sun, and the polar opposite chill caused only by Melbourne's Winter, oh god how I missed it. Blah blah, got home, slept for three hours and went on internet. Routines never die.
My other half of the holidays spent in Melbourne have consisted of going out and being a chair potato [see what I did there? aye aye]. I've gotten some homework done, but there's still a lot to do, and some damn books to finish. So before I forget.
TO DO LIST.
- Finish Sophie's World.
- Finish Biology study.
- Finish Maths.
- Finish Life On Mars + House [Irrelevant, but it has to be done.]
Yesterday was particularly interesting. After a fun day at the city, the drama on the trains kind of killed it. It was all going fine until the train reached Mordialloc station, at which stage, the doors broke down, and everybody on the trains were told to get off it. Then as it turns out, that same train went and hit a motorist on the tracks in Edithvale. Connex promised buses to Frankston station, but it was only at least an hour before the first train arrived, and by then, people were waiting in the hundreds for a few buses to pick them up. I eventually called my mom and got home.
And so here I am, dull as the lone flower awaiting execution on a Winter's day. I'm quite sure I was supposed to talk about something else, but it seems to have slipped out of my mind, oh well, they have editing for a reason. Over and out.
